Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Ose, Ondo State. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
