The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
