Great opportunity: we are hiring a car painter in Harris County, Texas. You will be based at a busy body shop. You will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $16 per hour plus benefits.
