Line cook — Payne County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Payne County, Oklahoma. The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
