Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideally you have basic cake decorating and piping skills; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₹1,150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
