Urgent requirement: shuttering charge hand (Taraba State)

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Donga, Taraba State. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. Day to day you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
