We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Stephens County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Part-time with flexible hours.
