Cake decorator — Moultrie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Moultrie County, Illinois. You will work in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
