Grill cook — Rajgarh

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
