Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Brown County, Texas. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections The role involves refuel the machine and record running hours; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
