Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Abi, Cross River State. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦650 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
