Milling machine operator wanted in Polk County

Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Polk County, Florida. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. You will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
