Bread and bun maker — Ideato South

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ideato South, Imo State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
