The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
