Tree and shrub pruner • Pushmataha County, Oklahoma

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. You will work in a public park. On the job you will handle: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
