On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers We are looking for willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts; ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts.
