Your main tasks: • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place Requirements: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Rotating shifts.
