Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Hamilton County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence The role involves follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
