Line cook wanted in Ohaukwu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Ohaukwu, Ebonyi State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours.
