Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control The role involves: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance Rotating shifts.
