Toolroom milling operator • Mariga, Niger State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Mariga, Niger State. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Your main tasks: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm 5+ years on the tools preferred.
