Paint booth operator • Albasu, Kano State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Albasu, Kano State. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 1+ years on the tools preferred.
