Horticulturist wanted in Levy County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in Levy County, Florida. Day to day you will apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Performance bonus on top of base pay.
