Urgent requirement: fine-dining server (Vermont)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Franklin County, Vermont. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 2+ years on the tools preferred.
