Join our team: we are hiring a gardener in Graves County, Kentucky. The job is at a plant nursery. On a typical shift you will maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings. Requirements: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
