Immediate opening: we are hiring a hand presser in Benton County, Oregon. Your main tasks: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Rotating shifts.
