Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in DeKalb County, Georgia. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
