Immediate opening: chef de partie (Washington)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Whatcom County, Washington. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Six days a week, one day off.
