Bakery assistant wanted in Williamson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Williamson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
