360 excavator operator • Pope County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Pope County, Illinois. The job is in an open-cast quarry. The role involves: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
