Short order cook — Chanchaga

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Chanchaga, Niger State. The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Rotating shifts.
