Sausage maker wanted in Owo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Owo, Ondo State. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
