Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a cake shop. Ideally you have 2+ years' experience as a baker; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
