Urgent requirement: backhoe operator (Minnesota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Stevens County, Minnesota. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. You should have: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones The role involves: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
