Chef de partie wanted in Okitipupa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Okitipupa, Ondo State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO 4+ years on the tools preferred.
