On the job you will handle: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Six days a week, one day off.
