Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Ajeromi/Ifelodun, Lagos State. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes.
