Bread and bun maker — Freestone County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Freestone County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
