Press shop operator wanted in Ikono

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press shop operator in Ikono, Akwa Ibom State. On a typical shift you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
