We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Knox County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
