Urgent requirement: head butcher (Florida)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Hardee County, Florida. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
