Confectioner wanted in Charanchi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Charanchi, Katsina State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
