Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Armstrong County, Texas. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
