Confectioner — Bucks County

Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
