Oven operator wanted in Uhunmwonde

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Uhunmwonde, Edo. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦170,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
