Kitchen cook — Hockley County

Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
