Formwork joiner — Accomack County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Accomack County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Day to day you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
