We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundsman in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a private estate garden. On a typical shift you will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
