Restaurant steward • Bond County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Bond County, Illinois. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
