Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
